♥️ Can we do face-to-face?
Yes, if you happen to be in Sheung Wan, Hong Kong.
As we are usually very occupied, please make early appointments.

♥️ Are the pre-owned items you sell genuine?
All items are authenticated by Japan second-hand stores and our team of experts. All items at HOT are absolutely genuine!

♥️ How much does shipping cost?
We ship items with SF in HK. (To smart cabinets/SF stations/business addresses)
To Hong Kong/Macau: HK$30 - $60 (Depending on the size of the item and delivery address)

SF International/EMS
Shipping fees will be shown on the payment page.
Delivery to Taiwan: HK$100 
Outside Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan: HK$400+
(If the amount exceeds HK$400, pls kindly make up the difference 🙇🏻)
 
♥️ Is there a discount for buying 2 pieces?
No. However, there is a 5% discount for FPS payment for each item, please refer to the product page for details.

♥️ Can I get a refund if I do not like my item? 
Please understand that there are signs of usage in pre-loved products. We encourage you to ask for more information or photos if necessary. Please consider carefully before purchasing as there will be no return or exchange of sold items.

♥️ Do you receive consumption vouchers? 
No sorry, we do not at the moment. 

♥️ Do you do bag repairs?
Not at the moment. However, if the bag was purchased at HOT, please contact us. We will be happy to give you repair advice and introduce you a professional repairer.

♥️ Do you do consignment/acquisition?
Yes, but it is limited to certain brands only. Please contact us.
